The bug zapper is a small lantern type electrical trap for bugs. It contains flashlight which emits Ultraviolet ray.
This light of zapper attracts the bugs to come into it. But they get electrocuted as there is electric grid surrounded by the bulb. However, most types of bugs are attracted to bug zappers.
Biting bugs such as mosquitoes, biting flies; flying bugs like beetles, moths; stinging bugs like bees, wasps; crawling bugs like several ants, the bed bug, flea, etc.
And many more bugs especially the household bugs are attracted to bug zappers. Usually, non-biting bugs are mostly killed with the bug zapper.
